To participate in girl’s lacrosse, you will need a stick, mouth guard, goggles, and cleats. Players are not permitted to participate in practices or games without both a mouthguard and goggles.

For those new to the sport, you can purchase a starter stick and goggles from any sporting goods store; just be sure to purchase a girls stick, as the boy’s sticks have different lengths and pockets.

Alternatively, you may check out the equipment exchange, held at the annual general parents meeting, where players donate used equipment for others to try.
